AIRCA Training Centre, which is aimed to provide training and certification for the drivers who are involved in international haulage, operators and managers of international carriage of goods, is operating since 2002. The training courses are designed in accordance with the requirements of IRU Training Academy and were approved by AIRCA Council on 30 November 2001.

As of today 410 drivers involved in international haulage and 30 operators of international haulage have been certificated in the Training Centre, who have obtained necessary knowledge about the international carriage of goods under TIR system, technical requirements foreseen for the vehicles involved in these carriages, carriage of special goods and traffic safety.
